I understand the work behind running a business.

As the owner and software developer at Ardent Billing, I handled software development, operations and customer support. That experience taught me to look beyond a screen: who needs the information, what happens next, and where a manual step gets in the way.

My work has included public websites, business applications, reporting and connected systems. I’ve helped replace paper tracking and older database tools with shared web applications, bringing information into one place and making everyday workflows clearer.

I work from the way people actually use a system, then connect the website, data and tools around that workflow. My background spans interfaces, databases, integrations, testing and secure software development, so I can think through how the pieces fit together.
