Yes. The planned service includes help configuring your domain settings to connect the website. We’ll review your DNS provider and any existing email records before changes are made. Ask about your domain setup.

Connecting a domain is different from transferring its registration. A connection usually involves DNS settings; a registrar transfer moves the domain’s registration between providers. Casey can help review the setup or transfer steps you need. Provider requirements, any fees and your approval are checked before a transfer is started. Discuss a domain connection or transfer.

Domain registration and renewals are separate from this website and hosting offer. C2E does not provide business email. We recommend Google Workspace or another established email provider. Casey can help configure the mail exchange (MX) records in your domain’s DNS to connect your chosen email provider; this DNS setup help is included. Ask about email DNS setup.

Virtual or over-the-phone support is included with the planned managed website service. You can work with Casey remotely or by phone when you need help with your site and its domain settings. Support hours and response expectations will be confirmed before launch. Ask Casey about website support.

The planned customer workspace is for entering and maintaining your business information, including products, services and photos. The portal and publishing workflow are still in development. Listing products does not mean checkout, payments or other store features are included; those needs are scoped separately.

Your initial Glow-Up is included in setup. For a later focused design refresh, explore the separate $99 Site Glow-Up add-on. Larger redesigns, new features, copywriting and integrations need an agreed custom scope. Discuss a later website update.

This offer uses shared hosting infrastructure managed by C2E and does not include a dedicated server. If your business needs a dedicated server, we can discuss that separately. Contact Casey for options and pricing.

Hosting uses Cloudflare infrastructure. A website also depends on its domain, DNS and any connected services, so a provider’s uptime commitment is not automatically a guarantee for the whole website. We’ll confirm the applicable hosting and service terms before signup opens. Ask about hosting reliability.
