From inspection notes to completed work

Connect inspection observations with assigned work and completed follow-up.

An inspection finds something that needs attention. Someone takes a photo, writes a note, then transfers the details into another system. Each handoff is another place for follow-up to get delayed.

SnapInspect’s October 30 announcement describes tools that turn spoken observations and photos into inspection records and work orders. It also adds workflows for follow-up tasks and notifications.

For property managers and inspection teams, the useful opportunity is connecting what someone sees in the field with the work that needs to happen next.

People still need to check the records and fill any gaps. SnapInspect says its inspection and workflow features are enabled company by company; the announcement does not establish how much time a particular business will save.

Where does follow-up get stuck in your business: recording the work, assigning it, or confirming it’s finished?
